1. Fill out the online application to make sure you qualify for the rent to own program. There are many ways to qualify! Do not be discouraged. Fill it out and we can help. If for some reason we can't help at this time we will put you in our database and credit repair program until you do qualify.
   
2. It is our belief that everyone deserves a home.
   
3. Somebody will call you in 48 hours with an update of the application.
   
4. We have a licensed realtor to start showing you the homes we have available. Some homes may be under construction. This is the best time to get in to be able to pick out all your own carpet, paint, fixtures and appliances.
   
5. If you don't like our inventory tell the realtor what you would like and you can pick a house you want.
